UK POSTAL SHIPPING
All UK packages are sent via Royal Mail and shipped Special Delivery.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
All international packages are sent via DPD or Royal Mail Tracked
The customer takes responsibility for customs charges, VAT and sales tax due on the delivery of the product.
Unfortunately we do not offer Saturday delivery at this time, so any orders placed on a Friday or over the weekend on a next-day delivery service, will then be dispatched on the next working day (this excludes bank holidays).
REFUNDS
We do accept refunds provided we are notified within 14 days of the product being received.
If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase upon arrival, please notify us immediately and we will attempt to correct the situation for you. We do not cover return shipping.
Once the product is returned we will initiate the refund.
