Whether you’re out on a run, commuting to work, on a long drive, or winding down at the end of the day, there’s always time for a podcast! But what should you be listening to? If you don’t fancy endless scrolling for your next favourite podcast, look no further! Here’s a list of our new faves (in no particular order).

  • Ever felt like you should be better at feminism? Each week, in front of a live audience, comedian Deborah Frances-White and her esteemed guests explore topics “all 21st century feminists agree on” while confessing their insecurities, hypocrisies and fears that underlie their lofty principles. Nothing is off-limits, discussing everything from history and politics to love and life advice in a funny and unpretentious way. Listen to The Guilty Feminist here.

  • Wellness is a trillion-dollar industry full of scams and snake oil salesmen, but comedians and best friends Kate Berlant and Jacqueline Novak just can’t get enough. Join them as they try products and practices, consult healers and experts, and ask the ultimate question: is it truly wellness they’re after or just the thrill of the chase?! Listen to Poog here.

  • We’re used to seeing Gabby Logan present some of sport’s most important shows and events and now the esteemed broadcaster has turned her hand to podcasting with her own show The Mid Point. Her podcast examines being middle-aged and what it actually means to be at the halfway stage of your life. Gabby talks candidly to well-known faces about their own midlife challenges and expectations, drawing on the advice of experts from sleep gurus, nutritionists, and doctors specialising on hormone treatment. Listen to The Mid Point here.

  • Nobody Panic is your guidebook to being a fully functioning adult without screaming all the time. Each week, Stevie Martin and Tessa Coates tackle life’s big, small, fun and sometimes scary questions with the help of experts and special guests because we’re all in this together, guys. So nobody panic! Listen to Nobody Panic here.

  • Should I do a juice cleanse? Do I really need 8 glasses of water a day? Is it actually possible to “boost” my immune system? You’re constantly bombarded with news stories, ads, and social media posts telling you how to optimize your health—but a lot of these sources that pretend to be backed by science have another agenda. Dr. Jen Gunter attempts to bust the lies you’re told—and sold—about your health, debunking some of the stickiest myths out there while helping you to understand how your body really works. Listen to Body Stuff with Dr. Jen Gunter here.

  • Hosted by two-time World Cup champion and Olympic gold medalist Kelley O’Hara, The Players’ Pod (formerly ‘Just Women’s Sports’) takes you behind the scenes and into the minds of the movers and shakers on the frontiers of the space. Kelly sits down with her guests (from Olympians and World Champions to pioneering executives and legends of their sport) to discuss the untold stories behind their success. • Every week, Ester Newman and Holly Taylor talk all things running, women, health and fitness. The friends discuss their training highs and lows, and all the bits and pieces in-between. Every so often, an expert or an incredible woman from the world of running (Anna McNuff to Paula Radcliffe, Susie Chan to Nicky Spinks) joins to help figure out the confusing worlds of training, recovery, nutrition, health and more. Listen to The Women’s Running Podcast here.

  • If you only listen to one news podcast, this one’s a good bet. This is what the news should sound like. The biggest stories of our time, told by the best journalists in the world.
